Your Note Coach will help you get your mailing list in the right format. However, before you send your list to your Note Coach – be sure you have done the following and avoided our top 4 mistakes:
1) Your Excel has rows for data from A to K
2) You haven’t filled the data with all CAPS
3) The first name column doesn’t include middle initials
4) For couples with different last names enter them in Last Name column like this: Smith/Cooper
