How Your Greeting Card Service Works

You’ll love our service’s simple efficiency:

  1. Meet with your Personal Note Coach.

    First your Note Coach will learn about your client card goals. Then, working as part of your team, they will help with each step of your client greeting card process. Finally they will stay in touch, in a non-sales manner, to be sure the client card process is maintained over time.
  2. Work with us to compose a great note. It takes just a couple of conversations and emails between you and your Personal Note Coach to jointly compose a short, personal note, written in your own unique ‘voice’, that all of your clients will read, enjoy, and recognize as coming from you.
  3. Choose a card with very long shelf life.

    We will help you select the perfect image for your personalized business greeting card from our extensive gallery of fine art photography.
  4. We’ll merge the note with your mailing list. You choose whether you supply us with a partial mailing list (first names only) or a full mailing list. Our Note Coaches will handle the rest. Ten business days later, you’ll be signing and mailing your personal notes, fully personalized to each client inside stunning custom greeting cards.
