By hiring Long Term Clients Ltd. to prepare your personalized client greeting cards and envelopes, you are not disclosing confidential client information. Individual client permission is not required to provide an outsourced printer with client mailing list information.

Our printers work under strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. They routinely handle sensitive client information for major banks and credit unions, where client confidentiality is of the highest concern.
Your client mailing list is fully encrypted when uploaded to our printer’s server. The information you upload can be saved or deleted, it’s up to you.
Client Privacy Option: We give you the option of uploading only your clients’ first names, and nothing else. That way you can still have each card personalized without uploading any client address information.
