Orders that have been placed can only be canceled if the job has not yet been printed. Such orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Once an order is printed as the customer ordered no return will be accepted and no refund will be given.

We do not guarantee delivery times, since we are dependant on third party shipping companys, weather, and Acts of God!. We aim for a ten business day delivery from the date of your payment.
