Of course you can order blank cards. Our minimum order is 50 blank cards in total, but you can order 10 each of 5 different cards, if you like.
We can also offer you semi-personalizing of your cards – perhaps with your name and your personal slogan at the bottom of the inside of the cards – leaving a lot of room above for your handwritten notes.
This is a great option for those one-off Thank You cards you always need to be writing. We can custom print what ever you want on the inside of your cards. For this option, we do 25 at a time of each card. When you want some semi-personalization at the bottom, we suggest you order 25 of one card and text version and 25 of another card and text version. For example, you might order 25 Thank You For Not Keeping Me A Secret cards, and 25 Welcome Aboard cards.
We are the only greeting card company we know of that doesn’t advertise our company on the back of what are YOUR cards. Nowhere on your card does it say LongTermClients.com. That way, your clients aren’t reading this site, and figuring out how you pulled off such a great card (or reading about client retention!).
We have designed the back of the cards to be all about the photograph and the photographer. The only corporate reference on the back is the website called greatshooters.com. This site provides interested people with links to the websites of our artists, but does not link back to the main site. There are no bar codes, no corporate logos, no prices. Why? Because these cards are classy! They represent you.

Yes! All we need to personalize your cards is a ‘first-names-only’ mailing list.
See List Formatting to see how your mailing list should be set up. With a ‘first-names-only’ mailing list, you are choosing to address the envelopes (which come with your personalized cards) back at the office.
This is more work for you, and our pricing doesn’t change if you choose this option, so think about it carefully. There is no reason to be worried about your mailing list being in our system for the brief amount of time it takes to address your envelopes. You always have the option to delete your list afterwards.

Ten business days, anywhere across North America, is our delivery target.
We cannot guarantee this delivery time however, due to things beyond our control. For example, our shipper may go on strike, or there might be major weather problems that delay things. However, when things are normal, we regularly meet our 10 business day timeline.
We can also, in times of high stress! – expedite your order and will aim for a five business day turnaround for a 25% premium on the cost of your cards. Talk to your note coach about this.

Yes, that’s no problem at all. We will need high resolution JPEGs at 300 d.p.i. for the logo or signatures to print properly. You can email these files to your note coach.
For logos, we suggest they be added to the top half of the inside of the card, in the center.
For the digital signatures, if it is a group of names, we suggest you sign together in a straight horizontal line, and use a blue fine point marker. Be sure to have your Note Coach send you a PDF of the card note layout, so you can see where your signature(s) will lay out. Try hard to sign legibly! Then scan the signatures and save them at as high a resolution as you can.
There is no extra charge for adding your logo or signatures.
A caution: We strongly suggest you sign your cards individually if the list isn’t too big. Digital printing these days is fantastically high in quality, but it can never quite match the real thing, which may well turn out to be important to your clients!
Yes we keep your information secure and private!
The secure transfer of client names and addresses is temporary; is not considered to be ‘disclosure’ of confidential information; and does not require client permission. This is known as the business card rule. Anything that would be put on a business card is not considered confidential.
Once the order is processed, you can delete any mailing address information.
You can choose to upload a mailing list containing First Names Only, so that each client card’s note can be personalized. With this option, you are choosing to address your own envelopes back at the office. More on list security:
To ensure the security of your information we require you to provide your credit card number with each individual order. We do not keep your credit card information. On special request, we can invoice you.
We suggest you prepare two lists of client names and birthdates – one for the men and one for the women. This allows you to send an entirely different card to each member of the family, and treat each one as an individual. Then we can help you choose two different card fronts, and compose two different notes,. We will help you lay out the notes so that they include the clients’ first names and even mention their birthdays in the note – for example: Happy June 2nd Frank!
We also provide you with the option for Special Addressing of the envelopes. Of course, we don’t use labels, – only laser printing! But once the cards have all been signed, and the envelopes sealed, you might lose track of which date each card should be mailed. So, to make it an easy and mistake free process for you, we suggest you let us put “Open [month] [day]! above each client name and address on the envelopes. Then you can always know when to put each card in the mail.
Each set of cards (and envelopes if you ask us to do your envelope addressing) is printed and delivered back in ten days, and they arrive organized in chronological order by birthday. Normally we print a year’s worth of birthday cards in advance. That year is a rolling year – it doesn’t matter when you give us your order, just as long as you reorder in time. And guess what? Your Note Coach will be there next year to remind you to re-order in time.
There are two types of notes:
(1) The personal update note from you to your clients, is usually sent out on a Holiday. This seasonal note is about you and your life outside of the office. It’s also a good place to put in writing how much you appreciate the relationship you have with your client. But primarily, this is the card that allows you to remind the client a bit about who you are as a person, to reinforce why they like you!
(2) The birthday or anniversary card is the second type of note. This card is all about the client, of course. Congratulate them for being another year older, and thank them for being a loyal client.
An ideal frequency rate for mailing cards to your clients is two personal notes – six months apart, and a birthday or anniversary card. Once a year is not enough. Twice a year is barely good. Three times a year is perfect. Four times a year is too much!
